• 1⁄2 kg white flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1⁄4 cup yogurt
• 4 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 cups warm water for kneading the dough.
• Sift the flour then add the salt, yogurt and oil and mix well.
• Gradually add the water and knead well until you have a cohesive dough.
• Leave to rest for 10 minutes then divide into circles.
• Leave to rest for another 10 minutes then roll out thinly on flour or bran and bake over a hot tin or pan.
• Cover well to remain fresh until used.
